During my stay in this city, I found a hotel that was clean and tidy, with staff that were attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the main pier, making it convenient for transportation. The hotel facilities and breakfast were also impressive and added to my positive experience.
Can't fault the property in any way.

It was very close to the Lomprayah office, making it easy to catch a ferry to other islands. We were also just a short walk away from the main pier and the night food market. the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with helpful staff available to assist us with any needs we had. we were pleased with the fast Wi-Fi and the luxury amenities provided which really made the stay enjoyable.
We did notice some noise coming from nearby clubs and pubs which can be distracting for light sleepers.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. The location was strategic, with easy access to good bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Taxis were cheap and readily available for commuting to other nearby attractions.
The room was average and could use some updating. The bathroom floor was oddly designed, making it impossible to take a shower without leaving the entire bathroom soaking wet.

Spent my New Year in a hotel with great amenities and fantastic location close to the night food market and pier. the room was very clean, with air conditioning and comfortable bed. the wifi was fast and reliable for my online needs. the mini-bar was a nice convenience and the TV provided entertainment. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was definitely a luxury compared to other places on the island.
The key deposit was high and the need to give notice on early check-out was inconvenient. the room was small and they could have improved it by adding shelves near the upper bunk beds.
